AstraGuard uses an advanced CCD array with fibre optic coupled spectroscopy accessories, to continuously monitor, in real-time organic levels in the treatment of drinking, process and waste water.

Organic pollution can arise from both natural and man-made sources. It can be invisible to the naked eye or be associated with other visible changes. Its presence demands rapid treatment which may necessitate additional coagulation, filtering, aeration/oxidation or electrochemical processes.
